We had a great experience working with Rami on a previous transaction therefore the choice was an obvious one to work with him once again for the mortgage on our cottage property. It was not a simple process as we were dealing with a difficult family situation (buy-out) not to mention it is a rural property. Rami was excellent and made a difficult situation much simpler for us.
